Unlike some other fields of research, it is integral to aging research that effective means of intervention are found, developed and applied for modulating human aging in order to prevent the onset of age-related diseases and improving the quality of life in old age. This is because, whatever it’s academic and intellectual importance, aging is a highly emotive and health issue for human beings.
Several researchers are making genuine attempts to test and develop various means of intervention for the prevention and treatment of age-related diseases, for regaining the functional abilities and prolonging the lifespan of experimental organisms. Some of the main anti-aging approaches including supplementation with hormones including Growth Hormone (Wolfe, 1998) and estrogen (miller and Franklin 1999), and nutritional supplements with natural antioxidants in purified form or in extracts prepared from plant and animal sources.

Back to basics

  • Growth, renewal and repair are fundamental features of all life. All are made possible by mitosis – the process by which cells reproduce themselves and pass on their characteristics to the next generation.
  • Therefore the health of your cell when replaced is reproduced in the new cell. Taking that statement one step further, if we want a healthier body, want to look and feel younger we need to replace the old cells with healthier new cells.
  • By using Natural human growth hormone releasers we are well along the road to healthier cells, but also we need to look at our super foods which are full of anti-oxidants, they help kill off free-radicals which damage & destroy our cells.

Daily regime for a healthier and younger body

  • Diet is also important, remember the saying “we are what we eat”. The health of our cells to a certain degree is reflected in what we put in our mouth, so remember we need:
30% protein daily, protein is our cell building blocks.
B) 2 to 3 pieces of fruit daily
C) Minimum of 3 cups vegetables or salad daily
Wholegrain breads, pasta, grains and legumes should be eaten in moderation.
  • Drink more water, it has an effect on the whole body, from a cellular level right through to helping the body’s systems to function at an optimum. Drink at least 2.5 to 3 litres daily of filtered or spring water.
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes each session, exercise helps to produce more endorphins in your body, which helps to keep you feeling younger, energized and positive, most importantly it improves your metabolism. It can be as simple as a walking, swimming, cardio-workout, gym, yoga, tai-chi, or Pilates. The most important thing to remember when you’re exercising is that you have to enjoy the exercise that you’re doing or it will become a chore and it will be easy to find a reason not to exercise.
  • Relaxation therapy also is important for a healthy body as stress is one of the major causes of suppressed immune system and most of our modern day diseases.
Try to take a little time out to listen to a relaxation CD or practice meditation. A lot of people find it hard to switch off their minds and relax so a moving meditation like Tai-Chi is an excellent way to relax. Yoga, walking, swimming or gym can also help us to unwind, at the end of the day it’s all about finding what works best for you.

Remember the energy & vitality we had when we were young?
Remember when you were a teenager and could run, play all day, and stay up late at parties, and never get tired?
Remember how smooth and healthy your skin was, or how you could eat what you wanted without putting on too much weight?
The gradual loss of energy, endurance, and all of the other conditions we normally associate with the aging process is a result of the ever-decreasing human growth hormone levels we experience as we grow older.
Today, doctors and health care professionals worldwide believe there is direct correlation between the aging process and the gradual decline of our human growth hormone production.
By adding a Natural HGH Complex , Super Greens and Super Reds to your daily regime you are providing all that your body needs to replace & build healthier cells, which means a healthier, vibrant and more energetic you.
